At WPdots.io, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and help local businesses in Karachi get online.

Your job will be simple: go out, find businesses that need a website, talk to the owners, explain our website packages, and generate sales.

You will visit businesses such as:

• Barbers and beauty salons
• Restaurants and cafes
• Dentists and clinics
• Gyms and fitness centers
• Real estate agencies
• Car rental companies
• Computer and mobile shops
• Clothing and fashion stores
• Auto workshops and dealerships
• Consultants and professional services
• Small retailers and other local businesses

WPdots.io provides complete website solutions, including website design, WordPress development, domain, hosting, WhatsApp integration, ecommerce, online payments such as Easypaisa, booking systems, and ongoing support.

Our website packages generally range from PKR 40,000 to PKR 100,000+, depending on the business requirements.

This is a field sales role, so you should enjoy meeting people, talking to business owners, building relationships, and closing deals.

Your primary objective is to generate new website customers for WPdots.io by visiting local businesses in Karachi and introducing them to our website and digital services.

You will be responsible for taking the first step in the sales process:

Find businesses → Meet owners → Understand their needs → Present our solution → Generate leads → Follow up → Close sales

You will not be expected to build the websites yourself. Once a customer is closed, our team will take over the project and coordinate the development and delivery.

• Visit local businesses across Karachi and identify potential customers who need a new website or an improved online presence.
• Speak directly with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Explain WPdots.io’s website packages and how they can help businesses attract customers and generate leads.
• Identify businesses that do not have a website, have an outdated website, or rely only on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
• Understand each business’s requirements and recommend the appropriate website package.
• Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of every business visited, including business name, owner/contact person, phone number, WhatsApp number, location, website/social media presence, requirements, and follow-up status.
• Keep the shared Google document updated with new leads and the status of every prospect.
• Coordinate with the WPdots.io team when a prospect requires a custom quotation or functionality.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and work toward closing the deal.
• Provide feedback about common customer requirements, pricing objections, competitors, and opportunities in the local market.
• Build a growing database of local businesses that can be contacted for future website and digital service opportunities.

Friday will be used to review the week’s leads, coordinate with the WPdots.io team, and focus on closing interested prospects.

You will:

• Review the businesses and leads collected during the week.
• Update the shared Google document with complete contact and prospect information.
• Discuss promising leads with the team.
• Follow up with interested business owners through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Answer basic questions and provide additional information requested by prospects.
• Coordinate with the WPdots.io team for quotations, custom requirements, and pricing.
• Follow up with older leads that have not yet converted.
• Work on closing deals and moving prospects toward payment and project confirmation.
• Plan the following week’s field visits and prospecting activities.

This is a target-driven position.

We expect you to spend most of your working days meeting potential customers and developing new leads.

Your initial targets will include:

• Visit a significant number of businesses every week.
• Speak with business owners or decision-makers wherever possible.
• Generate qualified website leads every week.
• Follow up consistently with interested businesses.
• Close new website sales every month.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all prospects and follow-ups.

We will initially work together to establish realistic weekly and monthly targets based on the results from the first few weeks.

The goal is not simply to visit businesses. The goal is to generate qualified leads and turn those leads into paying customers.

The position includes a fixed monthly salary plus 10-15% commission on every website sale.

The more you sell, the more you earn.

For example:

• PKR 40,000 sale → PKR 4,000-6,000 commission
• PKR 60,000 sale → PKR 6,000-9,000 commission
• PKR 80,000 sale → PKR 8,000-12,000 commission
• PKR 100,000 sale → PKR 10,000-15,000 commission

Commission will be paid on successfully collected customer payments according to the company’s commission policy.

Monday – Friday

This is primarily a field-based position.

Monday – Thursday:

Visit businesses, meet potential customers, generate leads, introduce WPdots.io’s services, follow up, and work toward closing sales.

Friday:

Work with the WPdots.io team to review leads, update the sales database, follow up with prospects through WhatsApp and phone calls, prepare quotations, coordinate requirements, and close deals.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident and comfortable approaching strangers.
• Comfortable speaking directly with business owners.
• Energetic, outgoing, and motivated by sales.
• Able to explain products and services clearly.
• Persistent with follow-ups.
• Organized and capable of maintaining accurate customer records.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Docs/Sheets, Google Maps, and a smartphone.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable traveling around Karachi for field visits.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based earnings.

Experience

1-3 years of sales experience is preferred, particularly in:

• Field sales
• Direct sales
• B2B sales
• Real estate sales
• Telecom sales
• Software/digital services
• Advertising
• Website or IT services

However, we are also open to motivated candidates with less experience who have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales.

You do not need to be a WordPress developer.

A basic understanding of websites, social media, ecommerce, and digital marketing is helpful, but training will be provided.
