• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and strengthen WordPress users’ community.
• Moderate and facilitate discussions across various online platforms, including forums, social media groups, and emails.
• Respond to user inquiries, provide assistance, and offer guidance to community members seeking WordPress-related solutions.
• Create and curate compelling and relevant content, such as blog posts, tutorials, etc., to educate and engage the community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
• Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and provide valuable insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
• Organize and promote community events, webinars, and meetups to foster networking and knowledge-sharing among WordPress enthusiasts.
